Returns
Due the nature of custom orders, there are no refunds or exchanges. If there is a mistake or issue with an item upon receipt due to a mishap on Southern Heritage's part, you must notify Southern Heritage within 3 business days of receiving your item

Shipping

Custom orders ship within 14-21 days. Preorders will specify ship times and when to expect your item. If there are issues with your order and shipping could be delayed, we will notify you immediately. Tracking is sent via email. Items are shipped via USPS.
